RE/Max Checkmate

Working with Dustin Morris from ReMax CheckMate in Johnson City was one of the smoothest transactions we've ever done in real estate. He handled the sale of our dad's house after he passed, and from the start, he was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect of the process. He was extremely accurate in valuing the house to be listed and his experience working on properties in probate came in very handy in getting the transaction finalized in a timely manner. We recommend him to everyone we know who is in the market to buy or sell. FIVE STARS!

Dustin did an outstanding job and I was pleased to have him as my real estate agent. He communicated well and kept me informed throughout the whole process. We discussed the pricing in relation to the local market standards and adjusted the price accordingly to get the property sold. I would recommend Dustin to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

Dustin is the best realtor I have ever worked with. Dustin listens to your wants, needs, and expectations. There is no pressure with Dustin and he is willing to show you a million houses so long as you find the one you want. This experience is by far the best I have ever had. I would use Dustin in any real estate purchase or sale before anyone else! He is not only an amazing realtor but he takes the time to get to know you and understands your life situation. This is not just transactional with Dustin, he truly cares about his clients and will do whatever it takes to get his client what they are looking for! Id recommend over 5 stars if I could! Use Dustin as your next realtor and you wont be disappointed.

We can't say enough good about Dustin Morris. Our first time home buying experience would not have been the same without all the help that he provided. Dustin worked with us for over a year finding the house that was perfect for us. His patience and determination exceeded our expectations by a long shot and we could not be more grateful to have had him with us throughout. We highly recommend anyone looking for a home to reach out to Dustin. Thank you for all your hard work!

Dustin is a truly amazing guy. We can not praise him enough. He really went above and beyond anything we ever expected. We started with an interest on one specific property, and the listing agent for that one thankfully referred us to him. We had him running all over the East side of TN Looking for the perfect property with us. He is very knowledgeable, he is organized, he is efficient, and has great communication skills. Dustin was always quick to respond whether it was a Text, call or email. We asked a lot of questions, always got answers, looked at a lot of properties and never had any issues with him at all. He made us feel comfortable and stress free for several months helping us find the perfect property. I already have and will continue to highly recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor for East TN.
