Michael has been our Agent since Oct 2025. At first we were trying to just sell our place but the market has been slow here in Florida for Condos. We discussed placing the Unit on the market for Lease and Michael worked the market aggressively and was able to bring a tenant on board. Michael handled everything from finding a qualified tenant, working with the Condominium Association to get the tenant application in and approved, to coordinating the preparation and signing of of the lease.
