Phil was very patient and helpful during my buying and sellIng process. He offered his recommendations on making offers, pricing my home, and how to negotiate while under contract based on his expertise without being pushy. He also made sure I was comfortable with every decision I made before proceeding, and he sent timely reminders and detailed information on what I needed to for each step. Throughout the process, Phil made me feel like he truly cared that I had a good experience. I highly recommend his services and will be using him again the next time I look to move.
