REMAX Central

We hired Karen Arbutine to sell our $350,000 home in Sanford, and she gave us the same white-glove treatment youd expect with a million-dollar property. Her marketing was exceptional, and she made us feel like our home was her most important listing. Karen truly goes above and beyond for every client and we couldnt recommend her more highly.

We hired Karen Arbutine with REMAX Central to sell our home in Sanford. We couldnt be more pleased, herHere logo, honesty, integrity, and experience held true to our experience with her.

Karen was wonderful to work with! She showed us around the Orlando area on several occasions and took the time to educate us about the schools, neighborhoods, commute to our employment, community parks, and golf coursesaEUR"all of which were very important to our family. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and generous with her time. Although we ultimately decided not to relocate to Orlando, if we ever do make the move, Karen will absolutely be the first person we call. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated real estate professional!

Karen Arbutine showed us the Orlando area and the communities and what they had to offer. Relocating from Oregon we knew we were in the right hands hiring her. She took us out and showed us several communities over a four week timeframe. Her patience was very much appreciated even though ultimately we did not get the job transfer to relocate here she was more than willing to Continue to show us the areas that we were interested in .

Relocating to a new area can be stressful, but Karen made the entire process incredibly simple. We hired her to purchase a rental property in Orlando and were so pleased with her expertise and service that we continued to use her for several additional purchases. Karen is truly a professional we trust.
