Aaron is the BEST in the west! He's hands-down the best real estate agent Ive worked with. He is incredibly attentive to your needs and always quick to respondaEUR"whether by text or phone call, I never felt like I was waiting on him. He took the time to show me as many houses as I wanted and never once acted frustrated, rushed, or annoyed, which made the entire process stress-free and actually enjoyable. What truly sets Aaron apart is that it genuinely feels like he works for you, not the other way around. After working with other agents in the past, this was a refreshing and much-appreciated difference. He listens, advocates for your best interests, and makes sure you feel supported every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend Aaron to anyone looking for an agent who is responsive, patient, and truly on your side.

Aaron was great. We found him on zillow and are so thankful that we found him. Aaron is very knowledge about Waco, about property, about things that might be wrong with a property, and has a wealth of knowledge in real-estate. I really appreciate everything he has done for us. He is still helpful even after we bought our house. He gives us recommendations on people to use for any renovations. Thank you so much for being a great agent!!

Aaron was essential in helping me find an affordable home in Waco on short notice. I noticed many high ratings in his reviews online so I reached out to Aaron. His hard work and constant communication sets him apart from the other agents I worked with when I bought my first home long ago. Aaron got us to closing under a month from placing the initial offer. Aaron is knowledgeable about everything in the area. His advice and expectations are realistic. Easily the best real estate agent I've worked with. Highly recommend.

My purchasing needs were due to elderly parents and medical issues so time, communication and a smooth transition were critical to me. Aaron met all 3 priorities and then some. From start to offer and acceptance on a property was literally 1 day. I personally couldn't have asked for better than that.

Aaron directed me to look at brand new houses, because he felt it was more what I could afford, what I would like, and he was right. He had lots of input on things to look for, etc. He also showed me other houses because I made him, just so I could see what was out there, and he did as I asked. And I ended up where he pointed me in the first place. Bur I appreciated that Aaron did as I asked.
