I couldn't recommend Megan enough. We moved from north of Dallas a few months back due to a job shift and so we came in with a bit of a rush-order in mind. Megan was exceptional from the start. She requested some info from us and accepted the additions we provided for what we were hoping to end up in. My wife's list and mine weren't the same so we didn't make it easy. She fully respected our desire to move quickly but also helped us keep focus on finding the right place. In between trips from out of town, she'd follow up with other areas or ideas and in probably about a month we'd found the right place. All the way through the sale, she was equally engaged and helped us engage anyone and everyone in the process. She helped filter my questions appropriately to get to helpful answers quickly and fully explained anything where I had additional questions - and I usually did. Where we didn't have someone in mind, she provided recommendations that all proved to be effective at their role to play. Even after the sale, Megan has followed up, helped us with some local recommendations and to a degree Megan became a sort of local concierge as we have been getting used to the new area. She's continuously engaged with local non-profits and has a genuine care for the community. She's exceptional at what she does, and she cares about doing it well for you. You won't regret it.
