Remax big bear

Rachael helped us bought and sold our big bear lake cabin. She knows big bear area very well and is very responsible person. She is a great agent, highly recommend.

I met Rachael in 2020, she was the listing agent on one of the cabins I was interested in. From the very first time I met her there was an instant connection! I looked at cabins with her for 3-4 months, sometimes 10+ in a day. She was fun, outgoing, always had a positive attitude and a smile on her face though out my long journey of searching for my perfect cabin. Racing from one cabin to the next, I thought I was in the Indi 500 trying to keep up with her....LMAO ROTF. But on the serious side, she was AMAZING! She always made me feel special and at home. She was with me though out my entire process. I would definitely recommend her to everyone!

I cant say enough about Rachael. She is the best real-estate agent that weve ever worked with. We first met Rachael in 2009 when we were looking to by a cabin. Every month Rachael would send me listing and finally in January 2020 we found the perfect cabin for us and we bought it. She is very honest and transparent. She was with us through the whole buying process. She made us feel like we were getting the family treatment. We consider a friend and our fist choice when we have a real estate question. Well definitely go back to her when were ready to upgrade.

Rachael was the BEST realtor, we are so glad we found her!! She helped us secure our dream cabin in the woods and helped us get our offer accepted in a very HOT MARKET. Her team was always available to answer any questions/concerns we may have had. Rachael is a dream to work with and we recommend her all the time to people!

Rachel Smith has been absolutely fantastic to work with throughout our home search in Big Bear. From day one, she took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and has been incredibly knowledgeable about the local market, neighborhoods, schools, internet options, fire insurance considerations, and all the little details that matter when relocating to the mountains full-time. What really stands out is how responsive, patient, and easygoing she is. She never made us feel pressured and was always willing to answer questions, provide honest feedback, and help us think through decisions. As out-of-town buyers, having someone who truly knows Big Bear and is willing to go the extra mile has made the entire process much less stressful. Rachel has been professional, organized, and a pleasure to work with. Its clear that she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to find the right home, not just make a sale. If youre looking for a real estate agent in Big Bear, we highly recommend Rachel Smith. We couldnt be happier with our experience and are grateful to have her helping us navigate this exciting transition. Thank you, Rachel!
