Not good at all. We requested a tour of a house in our neighborhood on Zillow and Traci somehow answered the request and met us there. She was very very pushy and told us numerous times how good she is and that she is in the top 1%. Not impressed with her at all but we wanted the house. When we met with her she tried reaching another agent on the phone and couldnt reach her. She turned to us and said aEURoesome realtors are better than othersaEUR? in frustration because she couldnt reach the other realtor. Made an offer that nightaEUR|. Even used her mortgage friend to write the preapproval. Next day she was extremely hard to reach and here we are two hours before the offer expires and nothing from her to get an update. As another comment said we definitely didnt feel important and honestly it never felt like she was trying to help us out at all. Would never sign her as my realtor and would not recommend her to anyone. I had to call the selling realtor to get an update on the offer. Then 45 minutes before the deadline I get a text aEUR|finallyaEUR|. Saying there are other offers and the deadline has been extended. I let the offer expire. No house. Because of this experience I may not use Zillow again. We should be able to pick which realtor shows us a house if we request a tour.

So glad I picked Traci I was so worried I couldnt sell my old house and she told me not to worry, she sold it so fast it was unbelievable such a very, very sweet and nice lady and every time I called she would answer the phone
