RE/MAX Bell Park

Skyla is the absolute best! She goes above and beyond for her clients and her knowledge is top notch! Our home was listed previously with a different company for a few months and it did not sell. I contacted Skyla to list our home which she got on the market in a few short days. Less than 24 hours on the market we received an offer 35K over asking price! A few days later we found our dream home (new construction) and placed an offer which we got secured for 10K less than asking which is unheard of in todays market! This was all due to Skyla's experience! She was always available when needed and knows the in's and out's of the buying and selling process. Skyla also has a moving van that she allows her clients to use when relocating which may sound simple however this saved us a lot of money. You will not be disappointed if you hire Skyla! Thank you for everything...we can not thank you enough!!

Skyla is amazing. We looked for a home for almost a year before finally finding our dream house. Skyla was happy to show us many properties, write offers for us, and was a wonderful advocate for us as both a buyer and a seller. She helped us to sell our house far above what we initially anticipated listing it for, she was helpful and patient with my constant questions, and she is very knowledgable about the market, home values, how to submit competitive offers, and which offer was the best for us to choose. I would use Skyla again and recommend her hands down.

Skyla did an amazing job helping us purchase our dream home. We knew from the moment we saw it that we had to have it, and even though there were a lot of other offers on the table and many other interested parties, her experience/connections/expertise helped us seal the deal! I have no doubt we couldnt have done it without her!

We had Skyla as our agent for purchasing our new home/selling our prior home and we cant recommend her enough! Skyla exceeded our expectations and was incredible to work with. From the first time we met with her, she took the time to walk us through the process and understand our plan and what we were looking for. Her knowledge of the market and real estate is highly valuable and it made the process seamless. She was very responsive with any questions we had and was always quick to communicate any updates or changes. It was very noticeable the work she puts in behind the scenes to make a deal come together and this is something that we greatly appreciated. Skyla helped us find our new home quickly and we could not be happier! Makayla & Nick

Hands down the best agent out there! Goes far above and beyond all expectations! Knowledgeable, experienced, responsive, and dedicated! She took us through an uncommon sales transaction, with the best outcome we could've hoped for! Can't say enough good about Skyla, or encourage you enough to work with Skyla!!
