While looking for our "shore house" I was very please with my experience working with Kevin. His knowledge of the Ocean City area is second to none. He was able to direct me to areas of the city that were in my budget and to specific homes within those areas that would work for my needs. His list of contacts from mortgage brokers to home inspectors made it a smooth process. Because of the list of mortgage brokers he was able to supply I was able to negotiate to get a great interest rate. Kevin was available by cell phone, text message or email. If his response wasn't immediate it didn't take very long to get a response. Kevin was very instrumental during the negotiation phase of my purchase. He helped guide me through the process as only a seasoned professional can do. The next time I am in the market to buy or sell a home there is no doubt that I will seek Kevin out.
