ZillowVERIFIED Kevin sold our shore home in Ocean City shortly after Hurricane Sandy hit the east coast. My husband and I live in the Phoenix area so it was hard for us to assist in the sale directly. Kevin did an outstanding job in bringing potential buyers to the home, letting us know what was happening to the real estate market well after the hurricane hit, getting and negotiating the offer, and then assisting through the inspection process. He was even there for us on the repairs we agreed to do with the staff of his professional contractors. We knew we were in good hands with Kevin and he certainly got the job done!

He was able to direct me to areas of the city that were in my budget and to specific homes within those areas that would work for my needs. His list of contacts from mortgage brokers to home inspectors made it a smooth process. Because of the list of mortgage brokers he was able to supply I was able to negotiate to get a great interest rate. Kevin was available by cell phone, text message or email. If his response wasn't immediate it didn't take very long to get a response. Kevin was very instrumental during the negotiation phase of my purchase. He helped guide me through the process as only a seasoned professional can do. The next time I am in the market to buy or sell a home there is no doubt that I will seek Kevin out.

ZillowVERIFIED Kevin did a great job helping us find our vacation home in Ocean City. He listened to our requests and helped us secure our house once we found a home that satisfied our needs. Kevin was patient, and respectful of our time during the process, yet, he was aggressive when required during negotiations. He followed up on securing our mortgage rate, managed finalization of all the required documents in timely fashion, provided us the names of an experienced Real Estate Attorney, Insurance Agent; even followed up with all settlements needs while on vacation. All in all, due to his conscientious support during the process, the settlement only took 1/2 hour in duration. Of all the many settlements we have been involved in during our life, this was the fastest and least cumbersome.
