"Janis went the extra mile helping me with the challenge of closing on two homes on the same day. Her vast experience and knowledge of the Kingwood area is unmatched. I wouldn't be in my dream home if it hadn't been for her perseverance and excellent organizational skills. She truly is a Difference Maker "

Janis Adams performed excellent throughout the entire process, she made my home purchase seamless. During the entire process there was only one time I could not reach her because she was called out of town but she had her assistant Maria give me a call to let me know she was out of town. I defiantly recommend her to anyone that I came across who would be in need of a Realtor.

Janis and her assistant Maria were responsive, organized, and always on top of things. Janis is knowledgeable and friendly, and easy to work with throughout. She recommended a list price higher than we had in mind, explained exactly why, and the market proved her right. The house sold in three days for cash. She also helped with staging and negotiated well on our behalf. Great experience overall. We'd use her again and happily refer her.

Wonderful experience! Janis was very professional and knowledgeable. She helped us every step of the way. She answered promptly when I texted her with questions. Would highly recommend Janis!

Outstanding Janis Adams is a true star. Her knowledge and dedication is beyond anyone's expectations and she does it with true professionalism. She will always have my support and friendship
