I have used Dan twice and would definitely recommend him. We have relocated 12 times in 27 years. We have had some good and some not so good realtors during those 12 moves. Dan has been the best of the best.

Dan assisted me in selling and buying. He was very knowledgeable and helpful when I had questions regarding the process. Dan is very diligent and pays attention to detail. He helped fight an issue with the title company we dealt with while selling to make sure I received every penny that was owed to me in settlement. I highly recommend Dan for your realtor needs!

Dan was extremely knowledgable about the real estate business. He got my parents sold quickly. He took us out to see ten houses in one day. If he said he was going to get something done, he did it. He stayed with us every step of the way. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house.
