Stephanie showed great patience, understanding and knowledge while working with me for a year. I Thought I wanted a condo...maybe a townhome...I didn't want a house, or at least I thought I didn't want a house. Basically, I didn't know what I wanted. We looked at hundreds of places, I was very picky, and Stephanie listened and delivered, staying within parameters that I discovered along the way. She always kept a positive spirit and and curious approach. When I decided that I wanted a house that I could rent part of, it wasn't long before we found one. We had to back out of that one because of hidden flood plane information, Stephanie recovered all moneys for me. Then we found it and when we left she said, this is it! As a first time buyer, I nervously and excitedly agreed and she submitted the offer that afternoon, the house wasn't even officially on the market yet. Negotiations and inspections went well, I felt safe with Stephanie. I am so glad to have worked with her for my first home purchase and I know who I'm calling for my next move and who I will recommend to my friends and family. Feeling grateful to Harold Hansen for introducing us when she sold his home in Brookhaven years ago. Thanks for being my realtor and friend, Stephanie!!

I cannot express enough how incredible she has been throughout my new home search/purchasing process. Stephanie does not mess around when it comes to being there for you whenever you need her, and she always comes prepared. She stuck with me and my wife throughout the entire buying process, helping to coordinate repairs, playing as the liaison between me and the sellers during negotiations, and always on point for providing me updates. She knows about the best locations, the inside scoops on pros/cons of each place, and definitely knows how to get around town! - Relationship: I consider Stephanie more than my Real Estate Broker; I consider her my friend. Stephanie was recommended to me by the Executive Vice President of the Buckhead Coalition, and I am extremely happy that he did. Stephanie demonstrates the professionalism, quality, effectiveness, and wisdom of an experienced Broker in the Atlanta area. I cannot express enough how incredible she has been throughout my new home search/purchasing process. We started out meeting each other for the first time during lunch on a Saturday. I could already tell from my first sit down with her that she knew what she was doing, and would give it to me straight. We had such a fun time as well, setting the stage of what would become a fantastic working relationship.Stephanie and I spent about 2 weeks looking for a Condo in the Buckhead area, during which time she always came by my house to pick me up and drive us around town. Stephanie does not mess around, and is very fast with her showings, which was great considering I was taking time off work to view homes and needed all the time I could spare. We were in and out with enough time to visit multiple places and reflect on what we saw.When it came to the Condo I wanted, we saw it first thing in the morning, then visited another 6 or so places, then came back to that first Condo later that evening. I knew this was the one, and Stephanie agreed that I had seen enough places to make my decision. When I said, "let's make an offer", she DID NOT hesitate. She immediately contacted the selling agent to get the ball rolling, and we put in an offer and signed the initial documents that night. This was extremely important, as she also was able to find out that there were another 2-3 other people ready and waiting to make an offer after mine (they also saw the place that same day). Because of Stephanie's speediness, we were able to get in our offer first. Stephanie also played a huge role in determining a good offer. Not too low to scare them off, and not to high to not get a good counter offer. The amount that she came up with was perfect, and the seller countered with an amount $1,000 lower than what I was hoping for, which means Stephanie's advise worked, and I got the place for even cheaper than I thought I would.Stephanie stuck with me throughout the entire process, helping to coordinate repairs, and playing as the liaison between me and the sellers.
