Kareen and the Kinzli team helped me every step of the way from staging, suggestions for improvements, recommending contractors to providing detailed information about current market conditions. Very knowledgeable and energetic. Always there to help. I was too busy to handle some things and they were always helpful in any way they could be. They navigated the selling of this house in one of the worst market conditions in 30 years. When I needed an accelerated closing for tax purposes, they made it happen. Yes, I would recommend them.
