Sean was amazing from start to finish. I am in the military and stationed overseas, which normally makes buying a home almost impossible, however Sean made it almost effortless. As a first time buyer, there were a ton of processes that I was completely unaware of which he carefully explained to me at each step of the process. He also helped find me a home inspector and local lender very quickly, all with a military discount to boot! And when it came time for the final inspection prior to the closeout he identified several issues with the home that the sellers had not corrected. His attentiveness helped to catch these issues and get them resolved within a day, and kept me from having the bear the brunt of any maintenance fees that I would have normally occured as soon as I moved into the new property. Overall, an amazing agent who will go out of his way to help you find the perfect home for you needs, and whom I have already referred several people to who are also looking to buy homes in the area!!!
