It isn't easy purchasing a home long distance and I didn't feel comfortable at first. However, my agent, Olivia, answered my questions very well and communicated with me weekly mostly via email. It was that personal touch that made me feel comfortable with the realtors I choose. At one point, I ran into a personal snagg that made me feel that I was between a rock and a hard place and decided against purchasing the house. April and Alicia contacted me and suggested that I rent the house until I can move in. I had never considered that and the more I thought about it the better I liked the idea. They saved the day!! After that, buying my house went very smoothly. The Rager Group is one that I would recommend to other people. They all are there to help and the personal touch eases the stress of all that is involved in purchasing a house, selling the current house, and finally moving.
