Re/Max Alliance

Tamera was incredible to work with from the house-shopping stage all the way through closing on our dream home. She was extremely responsive and proactively worked with the seller agent and loan officer on many occasions to make things as easy as possible for us. All questions we had were answered and we couldn't have asked for a better agent! Highly recommend working with her directly and we will be referring friends to her

Tamara was so nice to work with , she listen to us and got to know us . She was so great , for just meeting a new person , she made us feel like we know each other for years . We would highly recommend her to all of our friends and family , when we need to sell or buy again thats who we will call. Harry & Janalee Wagner

Tamera is an exceptional realtor. She got our home under contract within 3 days of listing. The previous realtor did almost nothing in 2 months of listing our home. Tamera found us contractors to address issues with the home, hired a talented photographer, and got us a stager to make our home look it's best. She was so supportive and very communicative. If we return to purchase in northern Colorado, we will definitely hire Tamera again.

Working with Tamera was 10/10! She made everything about searching, negotiating, and signing for my new townhome unit so easy for me. Tamera even negotiated a little extra repair credit for inspection items without me even asking! Anyone looking to buy a home in Fort Collins should definitely reach out to Tamera.

Tamera worked so hard for us. Great with follow through. Definitely kept the whole confusing process on track. Excelled with paper work. Was very patient as we were on the picky side. Sold our house AND helped us buy a new home.
