Mark was extremely knowledgeable about the Denver market and was extremely prompt in answering our many questions. We interviewed several realtors and felt very confident in our decision of choosing him as our agent. He walked us through the selling process and helped us get ready to list. Mark hired a professional photographer/videographer and it really made our listing pop! When we began getting offers, he advised us on the differences between them and helped us make an informed decision. We ended up selling our home for more than we expected and I truly believe we would not have had the same success without Mark. Mark is an incredible agent and an even more incredible person. We worked with him to buy our first home, which can be terrifying, but Mark made it a pleasurable experience! During our first day of walking through Open Houses (back in January 2021), Mark told us that the most important thing we could do was be honest with him and allow him to be honest with us. I didn't know how impactful that would be. Mark's knowledge of the market, particularly in Colorado, was invaluable. We were able to express any and all doubts, things we loved, and asked a million questions. Mark was an absolute joy to work with throughout all of that. Mark Kruse was amazing to work with. Responsiveness? He would call back within just a few hours tops and he always either had the answers I needed or an update about how and when he was getting them. Process expertise? (and also customer service why is that not listed?) I bought a HUD home. Mark was informed one day before he left for China that I had lost the auction. He then got an email that I had won two days later when he was in China. Long story short he called his partner to walk her through the process and a $72.00 international call later I got all my paperwork turned in on time. Local knowledge? I am a single woman, Mark was more aware of safety and security on my behalf then I was from the very start. He knew exactly what areas would be undesirable for my situation. He never took me to an area that I would not have concidered buying in and he was able to help me narrow down the areas I should be looking at for my price range so we wasted no time. Mark Kruse is an amazing realator and person. I trust him fully and my new home exceeds the expectations that I had. Thank you Mark!!!
