LIsa and Nick were great! They both worked with us on selling our first home. We had some remodeling work to finish and ran into a few snags during the process. Lisa and Nick worked with us providing recommendations for contractors and helping us prioritize what made the most sense to complete before listing. When we finally listed the house we got several offers over asking right away. The closing took longer than expected because of a problem with the buyers lender, but Lisa and Nick were great at explaining the process and calming our nerves.
