She worked with the contractor so that I did not need to be present. She and the contractor kept me well informed at each step of the home preparation process, making appropriate recommendations for what would help the house sell but not being pushy about things I decided not to proceed with. They also send me pictures to help me visualize the progress being made. After the work was completed, Pat did a fantastic job staging the empty home. When the home went on the market, it went under contract quickly and Pat and Pam helped me comb through the offers and negotiations. Not only is Pat a top notch realtor, she adds a personal caring touch that makes her stand out from the rest. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others.
