Derek and EXP Realty/Caldwell Group are AMAZING!! Derek went above and beyond with exceptional virtual videos, showings, and communication. Its nice to know you can trust the people youre working with during a stressful time, especially when buying a home remotely from another state. They also kept us updated along the way and kept us organized. Loved the flowcharts with all the steps and processes. Thank you all again for being a top notch service.

Derek is great - he is knowledgeable, approachable, and is backed by a team of experts. Could not recommend Derek enough! He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and made sure that we were comfortable with every decision we made. Even when he was out of town, he was responsive and his team stepped up in a big way!

Derek helped us purchase our new home in Burlington while we lived 7 hours away! His knowledge of both the area and the housing market were invaluable. Readily available to answer questions. His calm personality definitely helped alleviate some of the stress of purchasing while relocating.

Derek did an amazing job helping us purchase our new home and selling our previous one. Highly recommend. Theres a level of skill and professionalism that Derek brought to the table that made our home buying and selling experience run smoothly. The whole Caldwell Group was amazing to work with as well.

Derek and his team are the best. This transaction was a tough one, with many roadblocks to overcome, none of which were his fault. Thanks to his experience and expertise, he was able to guide us to the finish line, and we could not have done it without him.
