Working with Jason Wood has been a nightmare. He does not respond. He moved out of the area and didnt tell me while he was suppose to be showing my rental. I hired a new realtor because he was so non responsive and he still has not taken my listing down. This means potential renters could be contacting him and not getting a response. He should not have my listing up not to mention he didnt have proper paperwork to begin with. Do not waste your time. Take my listing down immediately or I will further pursue legal action with your broker.
