REMAX ADVISORS

We contacted Cecilia because her name was listed for condos for sale at Waterside Village. We made the right choice! She is attentive and enthusiastic. Following the viewings, she provided excellent support throughout our selection process and the entire process of purchasing our condo. Thank you again!

Weve had the pleasure of working with Cecilia Martin on four real estate transactions, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated. Cecilia consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly, even when unexpected issues arise. In one instance, there was a lien on a property, but Cecilia handled it swiftly and skillfully, ensuring that everything was cleared up and we were able to close on time. Her expertise, attention to detail, and calm, confident approach made all the difference. If youre looking for a realtor who truly knows her business and gets results, Cecilia Martin is outstanding. We highly, highly recommend her.

After having my home listed for a few months and a failed transaction just prior to closing, I needed a new agent. I researched area realtors and came across Cecilia's profile. I was impressed by the number of successful transactions she closed, both for buyers and sellers. When I spoke to her, I observed that she had a wealth of information about factors affecting the sale my property. She had fresh ideas about how to market the property. Cecilia helped me with every step in the process. I am happy to say that my place went under contract and sold within a very reasonable amount of time. I would hire Cecilia again and would recommend her to anyone seeking a real estate agent that knows the market and how to negotiate a successful transaction.

Were Canadian, and we were looking for an agent who speaks French because selling a property in Florida when its not your native language isnt as easy as it seemsaEUR"there are many clauses that differ from those in Canada. CA(C)cilia met all our criteria; shes a dynamic person whos always available to help with anything. Everything went very smoothly from start to finish, and we highly recommend her. Her agency, The Mandel Team, offered contract terms that worked perfectly for us. Thank you, Cecilia

Cecilia was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and demonstrated a strong understanding of every step involved. Cecilia represented both the seller and us as buyers, and she handled both roles seamlessly. Her team was also highly knowledgeable and always available to clarify any questions we had. I highly recommend Cecilia to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
