About 4 months ago my wife and I came up with a 2 year plan to move back to Arizona...fast forward to the middle of May and we decided to interview some realtors to see who we felt comfortable working with, to sell our home, when we were ready. Pamella Knapp was one of the 3 we decided to meet with...Pamella came to our home and explained her and her team's approach in a very detailed plan...we felt instantly comfortable with Pam and her plan, little did we know that plan ended up needing to go into action almost immediately, as my wife accepted a transfer to Phoenix 2 days later! We had Pam back, on Memorial day, to finalize the listing plan...exterior pics the next day, interior pics Wednesday, ready to go on MLS on Thursday evening, showings Saturday and Sunday and have it sold by Monday...sounds like a perfect plan...the sign went up on Tuesday, prompting a Wednesday call that someone wanted to see the house that day...Pam made the arrangements for the quick showing...that evening Pam messaged that they loved the home and delivered us an offer over asking before the house was technically even listed!
