He also played a key role in facilitating communication among the lender, the sellers agent, the attorney, and me, which made the entire process much smoother and far less stressful. Tad is extremely patient and supportive. During my initial house tour, I spent over an hour carefully going through the home, and he was never impatient at all. Thanks to his professionalism, patience, honesty, and dedication, I was able to find a house that truly feels like the best fit for me.
