Re/Max Advantage Plus

As a first time homebuyer, Stephanie made it extremely easy. She walked me through the entire process and made it extremely stress free. If you are looking to move into this area, I would definitely recommend!

Lance and Stephanie recently helped us sell our home! They are very knowledgeable about the current market in the Brainerd Lakes area, and had great open and honest communication with us as sellers. They are both hard workers and try to make the selling process as seamless/painless as possible. Highly recommend!

Briana did an outstanding job !! She was very professional ! ! She was very knowledgeable about buying a house. She made the process very comfortable for me. Her communication was great !! She was involved every step of the way, and made me feel very welcomed. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to her when they decide to buy a house.

Briana helped us when searching for a home to buy. She took her time and was always available whenever we wanted to view homes. She showed us many homes and even wrote a few offers, and in the end we decided not to pursue those homes. When we found the one, she negotiated it swimmingly and we had no hiccups in the process. We were able to close quickly and she was always there if we had any questions. I would highly recommend Briana as she always puts her clients first and is readily available.

Lance and Stephanie were with us every step of the way. They did a great job marketing and selling our home as well as helping us find our new home. They paid attention to all our needs.
