Talked to him for weeks about checking out places in MN.he knew I was coming from VA to MN to check the area and houses for a week. When I got here, he ghosted me and didn't help me at all. Called him out about him ghosting me and he read my message but never replied. Completely unprofessional and unethical.

Ryan was a pleasure to work with! Not only professional but very personable and great knowledge about the market and financing. We wouldnt hesitate to ask him to join us as an Agent in selling or buying a property again!

Ryan is hands down the best realtor. He was always looking out for the best interest of not only myself but for my family as well. No matter what time of day or night and even on his days off he was available for any questions or concerns that my wife or I had. The best part of ryan is that he tell you the truth right up front and doesn't give you the run around. My family and I are so grateful to have had Ryan to help us find our dream home for us. Thanks again ryan for everything you did for us

We had a great experience working with Ryan B. From start to finish, he was professional, dependable, and fully invested in helping us get our house sold quickly. We needed a fast sale and a quick close, and Ryan made that happen while still making sure we got the best possible outcome. He stayed on top of everything, communicated clearly, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. More than anything, he made us feel like he truly had our best interests at heart. We are very thankful for his hard work and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor they can trust.

Ryan was awesome! Super communicative throughout the entire process and he made us feel like he was doing everything possible to make sure we got exactly what we wanted!
