Austin did an absolutely incredible job selling my house. He has a vast knowledge of the area and real estate as a whole. I had moved to another state prior to selling my house and knew some work needed to be done in the house prior to listing. Austin was able to get me in contact with some excellent and fair priced contractors in the area that helped get the house ready for sale. Once the house was listed Austin did a great job keeping me updated on showings and feedback from potential buyers. Once an offer was made, Austin and I discussed the offer and the options I had which allowed me to make an informed decision on the offer. Austin kept me in the loop with the rest of the process and through closing. There were a couple snags during closing on the buyers side and Austin was able to step up and help the buyers get everything in order to finish the sale. 10/10 would recommend Austin to anybody looking to buy or sell property!

Austin did a tremendous job helping my elderly father sell his home in Dubuque. I went into the process with a lot of trepidation because my siblings and I are spread out across the United States, with none of us living close to our dad. We had to rely on Austin to coordinate everything that needed to happen to get the house sold, and he absolutely delivered. Austin is proactive, responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and takes care of every detail (including finding very reasonably priced contractors to do some needed repairs before we put the house on the market). He is truly a one-stop shop and is a trustworthy, decent person as well. I'd highly recommend him!

Dont work with Austin. Unless, you want a realtor who is attentive, responsive, forthright, trustworthy and will put forth max effort on your behalf. Austin is networked, hes a hustler and he is beyond personable. On top of all of that, he is a genuinely good person. You know in the back of your mind that youre not his only client, but he makes you feel like you are. Fine. If thats what you are looking for in a realtor, you could do worse. I recommend Austin to anyone looking to buy or sell a property, without hesitation.
