Kathy was an invaluable guide to us while selling our home. Her knowledge of the local housing market was indispensable for coming up with an accurate price for the home. She had excellent recommendations for what to fix and or upgrade, and many excellent recommendations for various workmen and contractors. Kathy has helped us through two sales, and in both of those she went above and beyond what we would have expected. We called upon her in the second sale for help in renovating a unit prior to even putting it on the market. Kathy was great! We called her and she was out the next morning. She already had some comps to show us and gave us a recommendation for an asking price. After thinking about it for a couple days, we decided to list with her. She was out with a photographer the next day and a couple days later the listing went live. Three days later we had a signed contract on our home for the full asking price. Any time we had questions, she responded quickly. Everything went very smoothly from listing to closing. Since we didn't feel comfortable doing e-signing, she came to our home at 6:00 on a Saturday evening to present the contract for our signing.
