Excellent service through out. Responded to all of my special requests. Understands the market and negotiation strategy. Brads recommendation to get seller credits verses purchase price was perfect for my situation. I personally prefer to hold on to cash and am willing to pay a couple bucks more per month. Brad was also very knowledgeable in regards to issue that came up with the home inspection. I would recommend others to use his services in the future.
