RE/MAX Achievers, Inc

We wholeheartedly recommend Ginger Childs! After six months of searching, she helped us find our first home. Ginger was professional, patient, and always transparent throughout the process. Her dedication made our home-buying experience more enjoyable. While we're excited about our new home, thank you Ginger!!!

Ginger was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Ginger's knowledge of the market was spot-on, and her recommendation on when to list resulted in multiple offers the same day. She helped me focus on the right improvements and not waste money on unnecessary projects and I could reach her any time of day. She always responded. She made a stressful process feel easy and was a calming presence every step of the way. I highly recommend her!

Ginger is an amazing realtor! Her knowledge and years of experience made listing/ selling/ settling stress free! We highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor!

Ginger did an outstanding job representing our interest in selling our property. Ginger was always available, seven days a week, to answer any questions that we had related to the transaction. Since we were not from the area, Ginger would always extend her own time to check on the security of the property. Really couldn't have asked for a better representative to manage the sale of our property, it was perfect in every aspect!

My experience working with Ginger was all positive. Ginger is professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Ginger was always available when needed. Ginger is a true advocate for her clients. Ginger also helped me with getting my mortgage, moving company I used and assisted in any other contacts I needed. This is the 6th time I worked with Ginger and will recommend her to anyone needing a realtor. g
