RE/MAX Above & Beyond

Professional and trustworthy. Amazing selling skills, and highly dedicated. Lisa made the experience as first time home sellers easy and stress free. She is excellent, so for that reason we highly recommend her.

Lisa made the process of selling our first home so easy. Sold the house for full asking price. Went into contract 4 days after listing. Great pictures and advertising across multiple pages and platforms. Kept us in the loop throughout the whole process and made this a breeze for first time home sellers. Lisa was spot on with the listing price and sold our house for more than we imagined that it would sell for. Great communication skills and knowledge. Would highly recommend!

I just finished working with Lisa on the sale of my home in Parma, Ohio. She was a total pleasure to work with. Very professional and personable. In our first meeting, she explained her sales process in great detail. She provided me with numerous sales comps for my area to show how she arrived at my sales price. She addressed all my questions and concerns. The online tools she provided made following the progress of my sale extremely easy. She was always available for questions and responded quickly. This sale was in February. Our area was experiencing the worst snow season we had seen in many years. We set a 125-year record for the most straight days of extreme cold temperatures. I have to say, this made me quite nervous, but Lisa made the process so painless and kept me so informed and reassured throughout every step that my fears were totally unnecessary. My house sold within two weeks and at full-asking price! The closing process went very smoothly and in a very timely fashion. I highly recommend contacting Lisa if you are considering selling!

Lisa was excellent to work with. With her help we were able to get our home listed and on the market fast. We got an offer the day we put it on the market at an amazing price, and she made the whole process seamless and as painless as possible. I would highly recommend working with her.
