Tabatha was amazing to work with! We were first time buyers, not only uneducated about the buying process but pretty scared to say the least! We changed our minds about the locations we wanted to target, as well as "required" features of the home, and changed our budget quite a bit - but she continued to show home after home. Tabatha was very knowledgeable about the homes, locations, and shared her insights on what we can expect down the line in terms of resale. She answered our questions (sometimes the same questions) thoroughly and responded quickly each time.I felt that working with Tabatha was a partnership rather than a business arrangement. She catered to our wants and needs, yet still would help steer us back on course when we would get overwhelmed or feel discouraged with all of the homebuying ups and downs.All in all, Tabatha was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell and we will definitely use her in the future!
