As a first time homebuyer, I spent almost a year trying to find my first home purchase. On my own, I didn't have any luck getting to tour houses in time, much less making offers. And then I met Amanda. The first time I met with her, she spent almost an hour explaining to me the market and what steps I would need to take in order to be successful in my first home purchase. She gave me excellent instructions on what I should do to set myself up for quick action when I found the right house for me. We spent a few weeks touring houses where she helped me focus in on what mattered to me most. She had incredible patience and never pressured me to make an offer on a house I wasn't certain about. Within 5-6 weeks, we found the house I'd been dreaming of within my budget. Amanda gave me perfect advice on how to make the best offer possible and get in contract. Though my first home purchase was complicated with a guardian and court scenario, Amanda helped me every step of the way and made it easy for me. Even after the sale she's checked in to make sure I was happy with my new home. I highly recommend Amanda as a buyer or seller agent and hope to work with her again in my future.

Where do I even begin...Amanda is truly a gem. We connected with Amanda after having a really poor experience with another realtor in town. I was quickly drawn to her proven reputation & her extensive experience working with out of state buyers. We were relocating from Indiana and she made it so easy to do virtual tours & get us info being so far away.
