This is the second time I?ve worked with Julia. She helped me purchase this home in South Bend over four years ago. Because of her expertise and hard work during that purchase, I decided to use her again to handle this sale. Her sound advice, experience in the South Bend market, and unmatchable work ethic were as obvious this time as they were four years ago. She communicated throughout the process, with prompt updates whenever the house was shown. As an out of town owner, I was concerned about upkeep of the house. Julia was very sensitive to my concerns, and she kept an eye on it as if she owned it herself. She kept track of the interior condition of the house between showings, and followed up on any repair and maintenance people while the house was on the market. I never worried about my lawn care people showing up or the inevitable repairs resulting from the Buyer?s inspections. Julia kept an eye on it all. She kept the home visible with showings and online marketing through MLS, email, and her website. When offers did come in, she was able to help in evaluating those offers. She is well respected by other agents and because of this, she has an edge at the negotiating table. Julia is easy to work with, tireless, and returns calls and e-mail promptly.
