REMAX 100

Wayne and his wife made this whole process feel effortless which is exactly what you want when youre moving. Their demeanor throughout was calm, professional, and genuinely warm - never once did I feel like I was just another transaction on their list. What stood out most was how far ahead of everything Wayne stayed. His experience was obvious in the way he anticipated issues before they became problems and kept the process moving efficiently from listing to closingaEUR|no delays, no scrambling, no loose ends. He ran a tight, well-managed process from start to finish and I never had to wonder what was happening next because he was already three steps ahead of it. If you want an agent who treats your sale like it matters I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Wayne to anyone!

Wayne and Christine Floyd are one of the nicest, most genuine couples I have met. They have extensive knowledge of the tri-county area and are even willing to expand their territory to assist your real estate needs. I highly suggest using them and I promise you that you wont be disappointed. They treat you like family and care for your next home purchase or sale as if its their own.

Wayne and Christine are very knowledgeable, helpful and always act in the best interest of their client. They will help walk you through the Home buying process and make sure you're satisfied with your purchase. TWO THUMBS UP!

Wayne and Christine were amazing. Very friendly, detailed, and their knowledge of Calvert County and Dunkirk was impressive. I would highly recommend this pair.

Love how they helped us from beginning to end. From searches to showings and helping us pick the best forever home. They made the process fun and less stress!! Highly recommend them to anyone in the market!!
