Reliance Real Estate Services

Phillip helped me sell my house in Riverside in less than a month. He was so helpful and made the process so easy. He and his team were so friendly and work with me and my schedule so well. Overall he made the stressful feeling of selling a home feel almost easy. I couldn't recommend anyone better.

I cant find enough good things to say about Phillip Merlino and Merlino Homes Group. He blew me away when he sold my home in San Clemente. He set the highest price per square foot record in the neighborhood. His marketing was top notch, he has a great sense of humor (helpful with the stress of selling) and handled issues with professionalism and tact. Truly the real deal. Hire him, you wont regret it.

Phillip was great to work with throughout the whole process. He is detail oriented and wonderful at explaining the big picture and details, both were very needed for buying my first home. Phillip was instrumental in achieving the very quick closing of 14 days. I highly recommend him and look forward to working with him again in a decade or two when I'm ready to buy again.

As a listing agent, I just closed a transaction with Phillip; he was representing the Buyers. Our transaction was a little challenging at times and he was nothing but a joy to work with. Always positive, a great problem solver, very knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you for all of your hard work!

Phillip is above the rest! I can't even begin to describe how patient, efficient and charismatic he is. His excellent communication skills and ability to support and facilitate or passage through the buying process was seamless. He was able to find us our dream home as picky and as many things I threw his way he was able to make our dreams come true. I would recommend him for your next purchase, he is a pure diamond in the ruff.
