Honestly, my husband and I have never had a realtor who was so creative on how to sell a rental property of ours. The property had been occupied for many, many years. It certainly needed it's share of TLC. Tom was so creative on driving it into a multi - offer bidding war. Needless to say, from start to finish , took only 10 days. !!!!
