Working with Brian in the process of purchasing our first home was a genuinely pleasant experience. After having to leave another agent due to their lack of results, my partner and I were afraid the home-buying process was going to be a drawn out nightmare, however we reached out to Lear Realty group and soon after met with Brian at their Westford office. Right away we were put at ease with the professionalism but also personalism in our interactions with Brian; He is also quite entertaining - visiting different properties was actually a fun time with him whereas it seemed like a chore with our old agent.. From the time we began working with Brian he was essential 'on-call' for us, returning texts and emails at all times of day and night & quickly answering any questions we had (and we had many questions being young, first time buyers) We set a date that we would like to be moved in by and with Brians help we beat that timeframe by two months. The house we ended up in was one that Brian had alerted to us and convinced us to just it check out to get a feel for what we like, even though my partner and i were sure this property was too nice for us and we would be out-bid; When it was time to put in an offer, Brian clearly outlined the negotiation process for us and soon after we received the good news that our offer was accepted, under asking price! I have recommenced Brian to a few friends who are starting to think about homes themselves and i would not hesitate to work with Brian again in the future, though i don't think we will need to as Brian help us find an almost perfect property for our needs and life style. Truly, highly recommended

The team of Brian, Leah and Tricia Brian was very helpful in our recent home buying experience. He is very knowledgeable of all the key documents. He was very positive each step of the way and answered all of our questions about each document. Brian is an excellent communicator expressing when something needed urgent action. Brian works very well in coordination with his colleagues. We highly recommend Brian for his professionalism, realtor knowledge and ability to make the client comfortable through what can be a stressful process. We met Leah and Tricia in June of 2020 when looking to expand our living space with grandchildren visits in mind. Leah and Tricia are both very knowledgeable, friendly, positive, and open minded. During the heat of the summer and COVID restrictions, they were each so helpful with us each step of the way looking at various houses. They always answered our questions and were always available to help when we looked at houses of interest. Specifically, Leah worked with us in Massachusetts properties of interest and Tricia in New Hampshire yet often both would be on the phone with us as we worked through offer strategy or documents needed. We highly recommend the team of Leah and Tricia who will work tirelessly with you to help you meet your home needs.

We moved to NH from MA and had began the process with a different realtor. We felt discouraged after a few weeks of searching for a home, and then we were introduced to Alie! Alie was very positive and excited to help us find our home. Before we went to see any house she sent us disclosure forms and any information she could find. Our previous realtor never did that! When we found a home to put an offer on Alie immediately got to work. She advised us throughout the process, and we trusted her completely. With her guidance our offer was accepted! During the home buying process Alie was always easy to reach, answered all of our questions, and was super supportive of us the whole time. She did all of this while also taking care of her three children during a global pandemic. She may be superwoman in disguise! We love Alie and will highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a realtor!
