I interviewed several realtors before deciding on Anthony. Though he was young and didn't have the years of experience some of the others touted, I liked the energy and knowledge he possessed. I also liked that he came from a family of realtors going back to his grandfather, so the experience was there. Anthony was easy to talk to and completely unpretentious. He made a number of suggestions concerning how to set up the contract and what he thought would be a good idea in fixing up and displaying the condo we were selling. I took all of his advice, and even though he did say that the timing for the sale was not optimal, we had lookers immediately - and the condo had a contract in a couple of weeks. I know from experience that selling property is a matter of finding the right person to buy, but having a competent realtor with connections, drive, and expertise goes a long way. I would recommend Tony to anyone selling in the Daytona Beach area.
