Tim may start out as just your realtor but the way he works for you makes him seem like family. He did things Ive never had a realtor do, like come in and do a video to advertise my home and give me so much advice with the prep to put it on the market. The video he made was so amazing I was questioning why I was selling! He answered my questions day or night and got me ABOVE my asking price.
