Very professional with great communication. Arranged for a plumber to come out and clear the sewer line when the inspection listed that as an issue. Provided advice and options and explained the pros and cons of the choices. The appraisal came in lower than the sell price and she walked us through our options. Very trustworthy and reliable. We received detailed updates throughout the process on the closing steps and when we had questions on the real estate taxes and insurance and utilities, she provided prompt and accurate information

Julie was incredibly professional and always maintained clear and timely communication. Her patience and kindness were appreciated through the entire process. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Working with Julie Kardis from Reece and Nichols was a fantastic experience. She expertly staged our house, bringing out its best features and making it more appealing to potential buyers. Julie truly listened to our needs and preferences, ensuring we felt heard throughout the entire process. Her efficient communication kept us informed and comfortable at every step. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor!

If you are looking for an agent who delivers results, hire Julie. I previously had my home listed with a different agent and was unable to secure a sale. When I brought Julie on board, she completely overhauled the strategy. Her attention to detail regarding staging and the 'visual story' of the home made all the difference. We went from no sale last year to multiple offers and a quick closing this year. She is a true professional and a master strategist.

Julie was very good at keeping us up to date and doing the offer and negotiating with the seller. I cant think of anything that she can do better and well definitely be asking for her assistance again when we look for our 2nd home in the future. Thank you Julie!!
