Very professional with great communication. Arranged for a plumber to come out and clear the sewer line when the inspection listed that as an issue. Provided advice and options and explained the pros and cons of the choices. The appraisal came in lower than the sell price and she walked us through our options. Very trustworthy and reliable. We received detailed updates throughout the process on the closing steps and when we had questions on the real estate taxes and insurance and utilities, she provided prompt and accurate information
