Crystal was great through this entire process. She took care of everything possible and played the perfect middle man for me, answering my dumb questions, while staying in contact with everyone necessary and making this process extremely smooth. She was always proactive about contacting sellers agents, and I don?t think I ever heard her voicemail, meaning they were available at almost any hour. Just a generally great experience, and would put my full trust in recommending Crystal and her team to anyone searching for a home in the KC area. This was my first home purchase and Crystal and Kurt couldn?t have been more helpful than they were.

Crystal was wonderful to work with. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and concerns, and she was able to ease our anxiety and answer any question we had. Crystal helped us know what to look for in a house, and ensured that we felt comfortable before putting an offer in. Throughout the negotiation process Crystal worked hard to get us the best deal possible, and then was happy to re-negotiate after the inspection process. Crystal was able to give us recommendations for an inspection company and assisted us with getting connected to the local electric, gas, trash, water, etc. companies. She truly has made the entire process of buying a house seamless, and if we are ever in the market to buy again, there is no doubt that we will utilize her services.

Chrystal showed us houses for over a year and was super patient with us being super picky to find the right house. Chrystal would be honest about her opinions on houses when she showed them to us and we felt like she didn?t just want to sell us a house, she wanted to get us in the right house, which was very helpful being first-time buyers. When we did find the right house, she gave us great opinions and advice for our offer and then worked hard to get everything she could for us in negotiations. She was so great to work with and we are super appreciative of all her work in helping us get the right home!
