Tampa Realtor Sunny Alexander helped us sell our Tampa home while my husband and I were both stationed overseas in different locations. She was incredible in making sure everything was taken care of and easy for us to deal with while overseas and in different time zones. She was always very responsive and knowledgeable in different parts of the process. I cannot recommend Sunny enough!

Buying a home in todays market was no joy, however, trying to buy a home from out of state is even more difficult. I previously knew Sunny the last time we lived in Tampa through a local charity group but never inquired about her experience and knowledge of the home buying experience. When we knew we were coming back to Tampa for good, I just felt comfortable asking her to be our sole agent in finding our home. We initially visited the Tampa area for a week with the goal in making an offer prior to returning home. No successaEUR|and Sunny was very honest and frank with the situation and what we would need to do to increase our chances. We were left with looking for a home solely on-line. However, Sunny was always available and willing to visit any home we thought was a potential. Sunny provided video, answered questions, and other feedbackaEUR|she became our eyes and ears! After several months of searching and coming up empty, we finally secured a home. There were several move-in requirements we wanted accomplished, and Sunny continued to offer her help and direction making the buy-from-afar less painful. Choosing Sunny as your agent means getting the full attention and support of a professional who will go out of their way in making your home buying as smooth as possible.

Highly, HIGHLY RECOMMEND: Sunny is incredible. She helped my fiancA(C) and I buy our perfect little starter home even in this crazy buyers market currently going on. She always answered our calls/texts so quickly and always had an answer for our questions regarding the homes we looked at prior to our purchase. So excited for our future and plan on working with her again when the time comes.

I cannot recommend enough Sunny and her team. They are relentless in pursuing a home for their clients. Especially in today's market, it's nice to have highly knowledgable and determined realtors. I highly recommend using her and her team for finding a home. The communication was superb. Also, it's nice to have a veteran assisting other veterans and their families. We would definitely use her for any future listings or purchases. Thanks! Jason and Robyn

The Best Realtor!!! One of Sunny's best qualities is the level of TRUST she creates with her customers. This trust is based upon her high level of competence in the real estate profession, the commitment she brings to her clients, and her strong character and professional integrity. We were moving to FL from out-of-state and had a limited amount of time to purchase a house. Sunny helped us find a house to meet both the personal and professional needs of our family. She is absolutely AWESOME!!!
