I cannot say enough kind things to describe how happy I am in my new condo, and its all because of Jim Russ. His patience and his conscientiousness were so appreciated as I really wasnt sure what town I was going to live in here in Maine. Moving from out of state can be stressful, but Jim was always there to describe the neighborhoods, the area and the different type of real estate contracts that were different from the state I was coming from. I started looking at properties since the beginning of April of this year and by September 3 , I closed on my new home. Everything was explained clearly, he is a true professional with a wealth of knowledge, and I highly recommend him.

Jaime was professional and courteous from the beginning throughout the entire property purchase transition from renting at Arbor View. She did not become upset when I took a six-week break from perusing listings. This is a very affluent area so finding the perfect residence to purchase can take a little time. But after the pause in shopping something that I liked immediately became available, so Jaime took care of everything necessary to put the property in my name from working with the lender to the selling agent. I would definitely recommend you talk to Jaime if you're interested in the Seacoast area.

We were matched with Ellen through Zillow when we scheduled a showing for what would ultimately become our first home.
