Richard is the best in town. The sale of my house and the purchase of a new home was flawless. I was out of town for 3 weeks during the process and Richard handled everything seamlessly. Richard will also make sure you are working with the best people for financing, title, inspection etc..

Richard helped us buy a new home and we would recommend him to anyone! He is professional, dependable, knowledgeable and makes the whole process easy and stress free. He was always available to help us in whatever capacity he could, and he made us feel like we were his only clients.

Fantastic realtor. Made first home purchase a breeze. Thanks for all the help. I highly recommend him to everyone! Very knowledgeable about the Katy area. Went above and beyond what I would expect from a realtor.

Working with Richard was the best experience I have ever had with a Realtor. He held more open houses for me than any other. His negotiations with the buyers agent was great. If you want someone that will truly market your home contact Richard
