Sandy is also well connected with people who can do inspections at a reasonable cost. Her inspector was great and had flexible availability. Sandy was great at communicating and negotiating with the seller. IT was Great working with Sandy , It was a strange way to buy a house long distance, Sandy was wonderful. My sister lived in the upper peninsula and needed to buy a house in lower Michigan after she sold her business in the UP, everything needed to be finished up pretty much on the same day.

When we start looking for a house , We have no idea who will be our realtor, so zillow sent us few people to help us but for some reason ,they are not responsive but when it happen for Ms. Sandy to get a call from us, I know it right there and then that she is the one, with just her voice over the phone I know she is the one we are looking, the same day,we ask for a tour and she came and she is the sweetest, cutest and amazing person. She will treat you like a family right away. She is the kind of agent where you dont get intimidated, she is veey smiling and ready to answer your questions. over all she is the best.
