I don't even know where to start to explain what a top notch realtor Stacey is. Our family made a big move from Arizona to Maryland completely clueless on where to settle down, how to handle commutes, what school districts we wanted, etc. We had a limited budget and downpayment and yet needed to find a safe, quality neighborhood, decent yard and house big enough for FIVE young, active boys. Needless to say it took months of intense looking--we saw over 100 houses by the end! Stacey never got discouraged. She never pressured us in any direction. She was endlessly patient and cheerful in showing us homes in towns from Brunswick to Baltimore, and Eldersburg to La Plata and even the eastern shore. We had had several offers fall through, and at one point we were ready to quit and just rent an apartment. Stacey told us she felt we were nearly there, and the next time we went out, the last house we saw was finally IT. We were one of several people making a full price offer on this house the second day it was on the market. Our offer was accepted because Stacey communicated to the other realtor about our family, and the sellers chose us as it was the home they had raised their children in. Now she send us cupcakes on our kids' birthdays and we feel like we've made a lifelong friend. One more note, there was a house we were really interested in buying but were concerned about what problems lurked beneath the surface. It needed a lot of cosmetic work and so we were leery of going under contract and losing time and money just to find out it would be more than we were up for. Over Christmas vacation, Stacey brought her father (an experienced home builder but who was just recovering from a serious illness) to the home and take an unofficial look at things. She gave us his very detailed evaluation of the pros and cons, information that led us to pass on the house. Not only was that effort above and beyond, but she easily could have given us a glowing report that would have led to us buying the house and Stacey getting her sale. Obviously, that wasn't her most important priority, and now our family is blessed every day in our beautiful home and community because of her good work. We love you Stace!
