Review My girlfriend and I were tired of pouring money down the drain once a month by renting an overpriced apartment, so we wanted to purchase a home. We're in our mid 20s and had no idea how to do so. We contacted the Pakulla team and were contacted by Stacey a day or two later. We didn't have many expectations of what type of realtor we wanted to work with, but we were so glad to get paired up with Stacey.From the start, it seemed like we had a very personal relationship with her. It truly felt like she had our best interest in mind and was incredibly flexible. She was always friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, etc. Basically, any quality you'd want in a buyer's agent, Stacey's got it.The first time we met her was when we met up to look at a few properties. We had the weekend planned out. On Saturday, we were going to see a few properties in Odenton, then on Sunday, we planned to see properties in Columbia, Laurel, and Hanover. After seeing the properties on Saturday, we realized that the places for Sunday weren't going to stack up to the ones we just saw. It was around 9pm on Saturday that we realized we weren't interested in Columbia, Laurel, and Hanover anymore, so we began to look around in Eldersburg. By about 11pm, we had found three or four places in Eldersburg that we wanted to see instead. We felt bad because it was last minute and late at night, but we contacted Stacey about seeing those on Sunday instead. She had no issue with changing the plans and we ended up seeing the places in Eldersburg and put in an offer within a few days.Sorry for the long-winded review, but we cannot recommend Stacey enough.

In our initial meeting Eric gave us sound advice and once we implemented his recommendations, our house went under contract only three days after going on the market. Following the contract Eric had an unfortunate event which prevented him from personally tending to our sale but his team did not miss a beat in ensuring everything went smoothly and we closed on our house about a month after we had a contract.
